I am a highly motivated and resourceful chartered professional with experience in the construction industry which has allowed me to gain a detailed understanding of various disciplines including Architecture, Project Management and Cost Management.

As a Senior Site Development Manager for Mercedes-Benz and Capital Project Officer for the University of Nottingham I have delivered a variety of robust cost effective building solutions to a high standard, within sensitive live environments. These projects have included Specialist Scientific Research Facilities, Sustainable Technology, Motor Retail Facilities, Office Suites, Coffee Shops and many refurbishment projects. I have also delivered a number of large scale Residential and Commercial schemes.

I have experience of working with listed buildings and have previously provided architectural support to convert and refurbish a grade II listed pumphouse into high specification office accommodation. I have also worked with a local country estate to explore various commercial opportunities and refurbish a number of their 19th century residential properties.
